I have been in the field of Early Childhood Education for seventeen years as a nanny, preschool teacher, education supervisor, playgroup leader, consultant, curriculum developer and of course, as a parent. With all of these experiences, various jobs, thousands of children, families and teachers that I’ve met, one thing seems to remain consistent – I simply love watching children make connections, engage and explore.

While creating curriculum for Playful Learning, prepping materials for my own children or for playgroups or even just scouring Pinterest, I maintain my image of the child. And that image includes the belief that children are powerful, capable and that they have preferences and experiences to bring to the table.

Currently, I offer a wide range of services including consulting, professional development, playgroups, birthday parties and more.
